ALL professional photographers who would like to schedule sessions on the arboretum grounds MUST sign an annual contract.
Contract cost is $150.00 for one (1) year. Please visit the office staff, who will issue an ID card for use when you are on the grounds. You should have your card with you for the shoot -- it is possible you will be asked to show the ID while you are here.
- ALL professional photo shoots must be scheduled with the office, including wedding photos, class photos, etc.
- Brides who have booked weddings will need to check for open times for their photo session.
- Please DO NOT walk on, stand or pose in the flower beds or on the rocks by the pond.
- You may be billed for all plant, sprinkler and other damages you, your client and your group cause or create.
- Please abide by the garden etiquette rules at the entry kiosk.
- The Wofford House is a MUSEUM. The furniture and furnishings are for display only. DO NOT SIT on or use the furnishings as props or remove them from the Wofford House.
- Photo shoots will not be allowed on the grounds on days when a wedding or other major event is booked/scheduled.
- All commercials, videos and movie photography shoots must be scheduled in advance with the arboretum office.
- Drones are not allowed.
The arboretum is private property, governed by a board of directors. It is open daily to arboretum members, their guests and the general public for a small admission. The grounds are for their enjoyment and general use as long as they follow the arboretum’s policies and guidelines and demonstrate proper and lawful respect for all arboretum property.
Many volunteers and employees have invested much time, money and resources to create what you and many others have come to use, enjoy and appreciate.
